Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and journal entries
  • Process accounting transactions and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger activity
  • Prepare and reconcile filings such as 1099/1096 forms and payroll tax filings
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of accounting or financial administration experience
  • Advanced experience with QuickBooks Desktop and payroll systems
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
