Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build recruiting plans
- Manage 8-12 open requisitions across various functions and lead the full recruiting lifecycle
- Build and nurture talent pipelines while tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth startups
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience in PE/VC-backed or Series B-D companies
- Track record of recruiting mid-to-senior level roles with significant compensation bands
