Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build recruiting plans
  • Manage 8-12 open requisitions across various functions and lead the full recruiting lifecycle
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines while tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth startups
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience in PE/VC-backed or Series B-D companies
  • Track record of recruiting mid-to-senior level roles with significant compensation bands
