Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and respectful interactions
• Collaborate with clinical and business leadership to ensure high-quality hires and develop trusting relationships
• Design and execute tech-forward sourcing strategies using AI-powered tools and recruiting intelligence platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience in a high-source, low-volume inbound recruiting environment
• Proven track record of personal accountability and follow-through
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools and systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Experience with SMI populations is desirable but not required
