Job Summary

To support a growing Talent team, the remote Full Cycle Recruiter will execute recruiting strategies across technical and non-technical roles, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute recruiting searches and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff through accepted offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement hiring strategies and interview plans
  • Source and engage exceptional passive talent while maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably within technology
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting both technical and non-technical talent
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
  • A genuine desire to grow as an individual contributor in talent acquisition
