Job Summary
To support a growing Talent team, the remote Full Cycle Recruiter will execute recruiting strategies across technical and non-technical roles, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Execute recruiting searches and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff through accepted offer
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement hiring strategies and interview plans
- Source and engage exceptional passive talent while maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably within technology
- Demonstrated success in recruiting both technical and non-technical talent
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- A genuine desire to grow as an individual contributor in talent acquisition
