Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time Full-Cycle Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management while collaborating with hiring managers to build inclusive teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify talent for priority positions
• Utilize data and technology to enhance recruitment workflows and improve hiring outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup settings
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and levels
• Strong sourcing skills with creative approaches to talent engagement
• Experience with ATS and scheduling tools; familiarity with Greenhouse and GoodTime is a plus
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
