Full Desk Engineering Recruiter
Job Summary
To support the organization's permanent placement business, the full-time Full Desk Engineering Recruiter will manage recruiting, interviewing, and client development activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and marketing objectives
- Develop and implement business development and recruiting plans to generate new business
- Recruit, screen, and match candidates to client needs while maintaining candidate communication in the database
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience or 1+ year of recruiting experience
- Proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
- Ability to interface successfully with clients and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
