A company is looking for a Search Consultant / Full-Desk Direct Hire Recruiter (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for direct-hire placements
• Develop and implement business development plans to generate new opportunities
• Maintain compliance with legal and company standards while documenting candidate and client information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field
• Experience in recruiting and candidate placement
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal recruiting laws
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting resources and platforms
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for documentation and invoicing
