Full-Stack AI Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a fast-paced AI-focused team, the full-time salaried Full-Stack AI Engineer will build and maintain both backend and frontend components of a data-intensive marketing analytics SaaS platform, utilizing modern AI tools to enhance development processes and system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize AI tooling to accelerate development, optimize complex problems, and ensure reliable solutions
- Develop and scale an AI agent while taking full ownership of complex features from idea to production
- Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to improve system architecture and deliver intuitive user interfaces
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer with strong front-end skills in TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
- Proficient in backend development, particularly with Node.js, and familiar with Python or Java
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude/Opus and prompt engineering
- Experience in large-scale systems development and a strong understanding of algorithms and design patterns
- Ability to work within EST or PST time zones and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
