Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote contract Full Stack Software Developer (Android focus) will design, build, and scale robust Android applications while implementing clean database solutions and providing technical guidance to the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale robust Android applications alongside integrated web features
• Formulate and implement clean database solutions focusing deeply on MySQL architectures
• Provide key technical guidance and problem-solving support to surrounding engineering team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven proficiency in native Android engineering utilizing Kotlin, Java, MVVM, and Android Studio
• Strong background building and calling JSON, GSON, and REST-based APIs alongside version control (Git)
• Exceptional communication and soft skills with an innate ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
