Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) will build, maintain, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for processing healthcare EDI transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve healthcare EDI records
• Support an Angular-based dashboard front-end by integrating APIs and maintaining components
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews while applying Agile best practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end integration using Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs that handle structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular and ability to contribute to front-end components
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
