Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in product management, product design, software engineering, or building a product
• Ability to navigate product, design, and engineering independently
• Experience with AI tools or actively working towards their integration
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to initiate work without complete guidelines
• Desire to expand skills beyond core discipline and seek support when needed
