Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design and implement RESTful APIs, and collaborate on front-end development using Angular while ensuring reliable data delivery and adherence to best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS that serve structured healthcare data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data delivery and participate in code reviews

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular or another modern front-end framework
• Familiarity with AWS services and API management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
