Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the modernization of enterprise applications within the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Mid-Level Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain secure web applications using .NET technologies while leveraging AI tools to enhance software development efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with Section 508 standards and develop backend services and APIs
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and integrate AI capabilities into applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in .NET technologies
• Experience with debugging, unit testing, and delivering production-quality code in Agile environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and understanding of secure coding practices
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
