Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer on the Developer Tooling team, the full-time remote position will contribute to the development of AI-powered tools for external developers, working across React-based interfaces and Node.js backend services to enhance the Workday platform.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and deliver new and existing features for App Builder, the CLI, and other developer tools, focusing on scalability and performance
• Collaborate with peers, product owners, and designers to scope, plan, and ship features in an agile environment
• Discover and troubleshoot issues within the existing architecture and codebase while supporting developer-facing documentation and tooling improvements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building and supporting multi-tier or full stack web software
• 4+ years of deep proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including mandatory experience with React
• 4+ years of experience in Node.js for backend service development
• 4+ years experience developing RESTful APIs and managing complex third-party API integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
