Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer will build and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS, integrate with internal data services, and contribute to an Angular-based front end while ensuring data accuracy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for processing healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs that serve structured healthcare data and collaborate with back-end engineers
• Write clean, testable code, perform unit and integration testing, and promote best software engineering practices within an Agile framework

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and the ability to integrate APIs into front-end components
• Familiarity with AWS services, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
