Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Supporting Navy Medicine Online (NMO), the full-time Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain Oracle-backed web applications and services while ensuring cybersecurity and production support, with the option to work remotely or from Falls Church, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full stack application components for readiness reporting and operational workflows
• Build and sustain Oracle database objects, including PL/SQL packages and performance-tuned queries
• Develop and maintain .NET-based business logic, APIs, and Java/JSP user interface components

Required Qualifications

• Experience in full stack software development for enterprise web applications
• Strong Oracle Database experience, including SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience developing applications in .NET / C#
• Experience supporting Java web applications with JSP-based front ends
• Hands-on experience with secure coding and vulnerability remediation using Fortify
