Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and integrate with internal platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure reliable data delivery and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies like Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with Angular front-end applications
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and API management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
