Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and integrate with internal data services to ensure reliable healthcare data processing.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs that consume and transform structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development and API integration
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
