Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and integrate with internal platform APIs to process healthcare EDI transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and support an Angular-based dashboard front-end

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end development in Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs that serve structured EDI or healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular and integrating APIs into front-end components
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
