Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions while designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application and RESTful APIs for healthcare data processing
• Integrate with internal APIs and data services to ensure reliable delivery of EDI transaction data
• Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and support deployment and performance monitoring of back-end services

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies like Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building RESTful APIs that handle structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development and API integration
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
