Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) - II will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for processing healthcare EDI transactions and develop RESTful APIs for data integration.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for retrieving and transforming healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and participate in code reviews

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end integration using Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
