Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) - II will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application while designing and maintaining RESTful APIs for healthcare EDI transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application and RESTful APIs for healthcare data
• Integrate with internal platform APIs and EDI processing pipelines to ensure reliable data delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API contracts and support deployment and performance monitoring on AWS

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and back-end integration work
• Familiarity with AWS services, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
