Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) - II will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application while designing and maintaining RESTful APIs to process healthcare EDI transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application and RESTful APIs for healthcare data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and API integration
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and Agile practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and integrating APIs into front-end components
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
