Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, develop RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS, ensuring accurate data retrieval and transformation
• Collaborate with teams to integrate APIs and support the performance of back-end services in production on AWS

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on back-end development using Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs that handle structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development and API integration
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
