Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) - II will build and maintain cloud-based web applications, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate cloud-based web applications for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for data retrieval and transformation
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure reliable data delivery and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and integrating APIs into front-end components
• Working knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
