Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer (Angular/NodeJS) - II will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, develop RESTful APIs, and integrate healthcare data services.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for processing healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong back-end focus in Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with Angular front-end applications
• Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Git/GitHub for version control
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
