Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery of healthcare EDI transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve structured healthcare data
• Collaborate with teams to integrate APIs and ensure accurate data presentation in an Angular-based front-end

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and integrating APIs into front-end components
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
