Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve healthcare records
- Collaborate with engineers to define API contracts and support deployment and performance monitoring of back-end services
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with Angular front-end applications
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position
