Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and integrate data services for healthcare EDI transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS, ensuring reliable data delivery and integration with internal platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API contracts and contribute to an Angular-based front-end, ensuring data accuracy for users

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies, including Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in building RESTful APIs that serve structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and related tools
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance are required
