Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Full Stack Developer III will engineer, develop, and maintain modern web applications using various technology stacks, while leading feature development and mentoring junior developers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feature development and make critical decisions on system design, performance, and scalability
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, driving best practices and adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution and improve software development processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency with databases, including advanced queries and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of modern front-end technologies and RESTful API design
• Extensive use of Git and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
