Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a Full Stack Developer for a full-time, hybrid role in Austin, TX, who will build and ship new features rapidly, design scalable systems, and own projects from concept to deployment while ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship 0-1 features rapidly
• Design and implement scalable systems while maintaining speed
• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business needs into working software

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Django, React, and PostgreSQL
• Experience building production features on LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)
• Startup experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with sensitive or regulated data (legal, healthcare, or financial) is a strong plus
