Full-Stack Developer
Job Summary
To enhance a powerful AI-powered training and communication platform, a fully remote Full-Stack Developer based in Latin America will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality code for both backend services and frontend user interfaces while collaborating with the Development Team.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality code across backend services and frontend user interfaces
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, evaluating trade-offs around scaling, reliability, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with Product Management and Quality Assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of full-stack software development experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services
- Solid experience with React, TypeScript, Java, and/or GoLang, including relational databases and SQL
- Strong level of English, both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants as part of a daily development workflow
- Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical aptitude gained through education or hands-on experience
