Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Building and maintaining applications for a modern platform, the full-time remote Full Stack Developer will develop internal and partner-facing applications, integrate systems, and support AI-powered features using a TypeScript stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications, including the broker portal and workflow tools, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Design and implement integrations and workflow automations with internal systems and third-party platforms
• Provide ongoing support for applications, resolving issues and monitoring performance while owning assigned problems end to end

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping web applications or equivalent demonstrable project experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Back-end API development experience in Node.js, C#, or Python, with knowledge of SQL and relational schema design
• Experience with Git and pull-request workflows, demonstrating clear communication skills across technical and business teams
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and the ability to understand, debug, and defend code regardless of its origin
