Full Stack Developer Lead

Job Summary

To support a leading auditing client, the remote Full Stack Developer Lead will manage the development of production-grade GenAI applications using Python and React, while overseeing an onshore and offshore team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of GenAI applications utilizing ReactJS and Python
• Manage a team of 5+ members across onshore and offshore locations
• Facilitate communication between business and technology leadership

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in ReactJS, Python, and Lang chain
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with 1-2 production-grade GenAI applications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
