Full Stack Developer (WV Licensed)

Job Summary

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time salaried Full Stack Developer (WV Licensed) will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve healthcare records
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to define API contracts and ensure reliable data delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and integrating structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
