Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Full Stack Drupal Developer, this full-time position offers the opportunity to lead development on impactful Drupal-based web projects for higher education and federal government clients, collaborating with design and content strategy teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development across Drupal-based web projects, including architecture, theming, and custom component builds
• Partner with clients to understand needs and ensure project outcomes align with scope, budget, and strategic goals
• Architect and deliver solutions throughout the full development lifecycle from concept to ongoing maintenance

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional Drupal development experience in a full-stack capacity
• Deep expertise in Drupal 10/11, PHP 8.3+, and Composer-driven module/core management
• Hands-on experience with security and compliance workflows, including CVE remediation and FISMA documentation
• Fluent with Drupal theming, responsive CSS, and custom JavaScript component development
• Experience implementing Figma design handoffs into Drupal with minimal back-and-forth
