Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fullstack Engineer (Ruby on Rails & React).

Key Responsibilities

• Navigating and maintaining a complex codebase consisting of a primary monolith and associated services
• Developing end-to-end features by seamlessly switching between backend logic and frontend user interfaces
• Collaborating across time zones with engineers to deliver high-quality software

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails, including a deep understanding of the ActiveRecord ORM system
• 3-5 years of experience building frontend components in React, with a strong command of modular, component-based web development
• Proficiency in data formats, specifically working with XML, JSON, and complex data manipulations
• English at least B2 level, C1/C2 preferred
• Networking fundamentals, such as an understanding of switching and routing
