Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the evolution of a powerful internal system into a scalable platform, the full-time remote Full Stack Engineer will architect and build The SOURCE, translating creative workflows into elegant systems while integrating AI and automation for enhanced operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the technical architecture of The SOURCE, ensuring scalability for both agency workflows and future SaaS expansion
• Build internal tools that streamline operations and integrate AI and automation effectively
• Act as a thought partner to the founder, influencing product vision and defining engineering standards

Required qualifications

• 6-12+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles
• Proven experience in building platforms or internal systems from inception to version 1 or beyond
• Strong understanding of full-stack web development, including React/Next.js and Node.js/Python
• Experience with systems thinking and data modeling, including relational and hybrid schemas
• Familiarity with workflow automation and tool integration using APIs and automation tools
