Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To build detection and response systems for a monitoring platform, the remote Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and deploy full-stack features, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring production reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the monitoring platform, including UI, APIs, backend services, and data pipelines
• Own features end-to-end, from prototype and API design through production rollout and iteration
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews while mentoring teammates and promoting best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on both frontend and backend development
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React for frontend and Go (or similar) for backend development
• Strong product instincts with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into well-scoped solutions
• Experience building or using monitoring, alerting, or observability systems is a plus
• Familiarity with feature flagging, release automation, or developer tooling is a plus
