Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Foundation team, the remote Full Stack Engineer will drive the development of onboarding experiences for developers, focusing on agent-based solutions that enhance product-led growth metrics and improve user adoption.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive features from problem framing through design, implementation, and experimentation, ensuring alignment with PLG metrics
• Build agentic onboarding flows that integrate with developer tools and enhance the initial user experience
• Instrument and analyze the growth funnel, conducting experiments to optimize user activation and conversion rates

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering features from concept to production
• Experience shipping AI-first features and using MCP servers or LLM tools in real-world applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development, with backend experience in Go or Node
• Hands-on experience with product-led growth metrics, instrumentation, and A/B testing methodologies
• Strong collaborative skills and a genuine interest in enhancing developer onboarding experiences through innovative solutions
