Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

As a highly senior Staff Full Stack (TypeScript/React) Engineer, the full-time position will involve architecting, building, and shipping complex applications while working directly with clients to shape solutions and drive product delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver high-performance Full Stack TypeScript applications across React front-ends and Node back-ends
• Collaborate with clients to elicit requirements, prototype solutions, and translate workflows into production-grade software
• Champion engineering best practices, including test coverage, CI/CD discipline, and accessibility standards

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development
• Experience with modern front-end stacks, including component-driven architecture and advanced state management
• Strong skills in RESTful and GraphQL API design, as well as cloud and serverless deployment
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with experience in Forward Deployed roles
• Track record of mentoring and elevating engineering teams through collaboration and technical leadership
