Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer, the successful candidate will work remotely or from Conshohocken, PA, focusing on building user-facing surfaces for enterprise AI agents, championing modern programming methods, and serving as the surge engineer for US-based projects requiring quick turnaround.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal admin UIs and agent evaluation dashboards while ensuring front-end engineering quality
• Establish and promote modern programming methods, including AI-assisted coding and CI/CD practices
• Act as the go-to engineer for ad-hoc requests, delivering rapid prototypes and exec-facing dashboards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications end-to-end
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with backend experience in Node.js or Python
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Aurora
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted coding tools and modern development workflows
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and deliver projects under tight deadlines
