Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Owning full-stack development in a remote environment, the full-time AI-Forward Full-Stack Engineer will direct AI agents to build, test, and ship features across various platforms while ensuring code quality and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate agents throughout the full development lifecycle, from specification to production
• Build and refine evaluation harnesses, CI checks, and review gates for agent-generated code
• Monitor application health and performance, intervening with human judgment as necessary

Required qualifications

• Strong full-stack fundamentals in frontend (React or similar), backend (APIs, services), databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience directing AI coding agents or LLM-based workflows in production
• Solid understanding of testing, code review, security, and deployment best practices
• Ability to exercise sound judgment on when to let agents run and when to write code manually
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and full ownership of projects
