Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full stack of provisioning applications, the full-time remote Full-Stack Engineer will design, build, and manage applications that enable healthcare front office operators to configure and deploy AI voice agents efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack provisioning applications for configuring and deploying voice agents
• Own the end-to-end user experience for non-technical operators, ensuring simplicity and reliability in agent configuration
• Develop scalable backend services that interface with the Core Platform to manage voice agents

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production full-stack applications
• Strong proficiency in frontend (React or equivalent) and backend (Python, TypeScript, or equivalent) technologies
• Experience developing operator-facing or admin tooling for SaaS products
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and systems integration
• Strong UX instincts for designing applications for non-technical end users
