Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging high availability cloud infrastructure and mission-critical mobile applications, the full-time remote Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain robust APIs and frontends, tackle complex data synchronization challenges, and ensure secure backend systems for users operating in disconnected environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale full-stack services, ensuring reliability and performance for web, desktop, and mobile clients
• Own database engineering by driving advanced PostgreSQL data modeling, schema migrations, and query optimization
• Manage and modernize infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes, while optimizing CI/CD pipelines for stability and developer velocity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience with production-grade applications
• Expertise in Ruby (including Rails) and SQL, with experience in scalable service design and data modeling
• Proficiency in React, focusing on modular component hierarchies and frontend performance optimization
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL internals, including indexing strategies and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for managing infrastructure as code
