Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a remote team based in Latin America or Canada, this full-time position focuses on developing and enhancing orchestration capabilities, including backend work in Rust and Node.js, while improving internal tooling and developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable software while driving quality through disciplined verification and code reviews
• Continuously refactor and simplify code, and develop APIs, webhooks, and integration surfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize features and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong CS fundamentals
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven production delivery
• At least 2 years of experience with Rust and TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js
• Demonstrated quality focus, including experience with CI pipelines and writing unit and integration tests
• Excellent written and spoken English, capable of collaborating effectively in an international team
