Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and building full-stack applications, the full-time remote Full Stack Engineer will develop features across React frontends and Python/FastAPI backends, ensuring high code quality and data reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features, including frontends, backends, and supporting data models
• Develop and maintain data models and transformation pipelines to ensure reliable data flow into applications
• Implement REST APIs for clinical data and collaborate with product and clinical teams to create intuitive user interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development capability
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for building responsive user interfaces
• Hands-on experience with Python and building REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
• Experience designing data models and writing SQL, with an understanding of normalization and dimensional modeling
• Proven experience with testing frameworks and writing comprehensive tests across the stack
