Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to join a talented team in a remote, full-time capacity, responsible for building and optimizing mobile and data-driven applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular, while guiding architecture decisions and managing development priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop full stack features with Ruby on Rails APIs and Angular 20, addressing multiple business units
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the full stack, from UI to API to data
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Angular (v17+, ideally Angular 20)
- Proven track record of owning features end-to-end, from specification through production
- Ability to operate with autonomy and navigate ambiguity across multiple product areas
- Bonus: experience with fleet/scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools
