Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To support a hands-on application security initiative, the mid-level Full Stack Engineer will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on remediating security vulnerabilities across a .NET/Angular stack, including dependency upgrades and container hardening.
Key responsibilities
- Remediate security findings such as XSS, SQL injection, and credential rotation
- Write tests to verify the effectiveness of each fix and ensure vulnerabilities are closed
- Own the upgrade process end-to-end, documenting learnings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and TypeScript/Angular (React/Vue experience also considered)
- Solid knowledge of SQL and testing discipline
- Fluency in Git and comfort with unfamiliar codebases
- Genuine interest in security practices
