Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Full Stack Engineer will build and maintain features for an artist-facing platform, developing both frontend experiences with React and backend services while ensuring the reliability and performance of video delivery systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with an Agile team to experiment and deliver new product experiences for music creators
• Design and operate backend services using Java/Kotlin and build frontend features with React and TypeScript
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of video ingestion and delivery pipelines while partnering with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience in backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
• Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code
• Ability to work through ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable tasks
